From the beginning, Chief Officer Holt Condren has owned and led Arkansas based Ink Enterprises on its journey to becoming one of America’s top t-shirt screen printing companies. In 1993, current President Scott Masters joined Holt as an owner. Their complimentary leadership styles have proved a successful match. With Holt’s vision and Scott’s execution, they have worked hard to build the company according to the “Ink Way Values”.

Best friends and committed Christians, both men work hard to lead Ink according to the biblical values that define them.  When their not running Ink or raising kids; you will likely find them in the wilderness somewhere enjoying their passion - climbing, caving, and backpacking.
